Tested out the new Sushezi sushi maker for dinner tonight. It's awesome! Really easy to use. (much easier than just a traditional rolling mat.) My kids had a great time helping too. (5, 7 & 12) If you get one, make sure you pack the rice tight, especially at the end that comes out first. Found that out the hard way on the first roll. Also, cold water for your fingers & the knife so the rice doesn't stick to everything.
